• Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• Seasonal, clearance, sale items, and accessories are final sale and not eligible for exchange or store credit.
• Custom embroidery and personalized items are final sale.

✨ Damaged or Incorrect Items
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we will make it right.

✨ Store Credits
• Store credits are issued as digital codes and never expire.
• Store credits may be used on any future purchase.
